RULES AND REGULATIONS
These rules are designed to ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By staying at Country Living RV Park, you agree to abide by these regulations. Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.
I. General Conduct & Responsibility
- Liability: All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Country Living RV Park, LLC assumes no liability for injuries, death, loss, or damage to persons or property. Guests are responsible for maintaining insurance on their RV or camper.
- Adult-Oriented Environment: Country Living RV Park is primarily structured for adults. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children while on the premises.
- Peaceful Enjoyment: This is a peaceful environment. Repeated disturbances or disruptive behavior will result in eviction without a refund.
- Occupancy Limits: Each campsite is limited to 2 adults and their dependent children. All guests must be registered with the office. Extended stays of non-registered guests are prohibited.
- Guests: Guests are welcome for short visits up to 7 nights, but extended stays are not permitted. The campsite is for the use of registered campers only.
- Theft: Country Living RV Park LLC is not responsible for stolen or missing items. Secure your belongings. Anyone caught stealing or engaging in illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement and evicted.
- Site Assignments: Country Living RV Park reserves the right to change campsite assignments without notice.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
II. Pet Policies
- Pet Limit: A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets is allowed per campsite.
- Restricted Breeds: Aggressive breeds (e.g., pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, or any dog with a history of aggression) are not permitted. Management reserves the right to determine acceptable breeds.
- Waste Disposal: All pet waste must be picked up immediately, bagged, and disposed of in designated trash receptacles.
- Vaccinations: Proof of current vaccinations may be required upon request.
- Leash Requirement: Pets must be kept on a leash (maximum length of 8 feet) when outside your RV or camper and must remain on your campsite.
- Barking: Excessive or disruptive barking is prohibited.
- Hygiene: Pet items are not allowed to be washed or dried in campground laundry facilities.
- Nuisance: Animals deemed a nuisance or danger must be removed from the property immediately.
III. Vehicle & Driving Regulations
- Designated Areas: Driving is restricted to designated roadways and parking areas.
- Off-Road Driving: Driving on grass or areas marked with fences, rocks, or other barriers is strictly prohibited. Campers will be charged for any damage caused.
- Speed Limit: The speed limit within the campground is 10 mph.
- Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per campsite.
- Vehicle Maintenance/Repairs: Major vehicle repairs are not permitted on the campground.
- Parking: All vehicles must be parked completely on the designated campsite. Vehicles cannot block roadways or other campsites.
IV. Utilities & Waste Disposal
- Septic System: No grease, oil, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or other non-biodegradable materials are to be disposed of in the sewer system. Use only RV-approved toilet paper.
- Septic Damage: Campers will be held responsible for the cost of repairs to the septic system caused by improper disposal of waste.
- Grease Disposal: Dispose of grease and oil properly in sealed containers in the trash.
- Trash Disposal: All trash must be bagged securely and placed in designated dumpsters or trash cans.
- Prohibited Trash: Do not dispose of large items, appliances, furniture, or hazardous materials in campground trash receptacles.
- Burning Trash: Burning trash in fire pits or barrels is strictly prohibited.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep your campsite clean and free of debris.
- Water Usage: Conserve water whenever possible.
- Grey Water: Disposal of grey water on the ground is prohibited. All grey water must be disposed of in the sewer system.
V. Fire Safety
- Campfires: Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits.
- Fire Attendance: Campfires must be attended at all times by a responsible adult.
- Fire Extinguishment: Ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving your campsite or retiring for the night.
- Fire Restrictions: During periods of high fire danger, campfire restrictions may be imposed. Follow all posted notices.
- Fireworks: Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
VI. Quiet Hours & Noise Control
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Noise Levels: During quiet hours, all noise must be kept to a minimum.
- Generators: Generator use is allowed as long as it does not disturb any other campers.
- Music: Music and other amplified sound must be kept at a reasonable volume and must not disturb other campers.
VII. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal Drugs: Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund and notification of law enforcement.
- Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. Public intoxication, disorderly conduct, or underage drinking will not be tolerated.
- Firearms: Discharging firearms, air rifles, BB guns, or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the campground.
- Hunting/Trapping: Hunting or trapping is not permitted on the campground.
- Foul Language/Disorderly Conduct: Loud, abusive, or obscene language and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.
- Domestic Disturbances: Domestic arguments or disturbances that require law enforcement intervention will result in immediate eviction.
- Solicitation/Commercial Activity: Solicitation or commercial activity is prohibited without prior written consent from management.
- Permanent Structures: No permanent structures (e.g., sheds, decks, fences) are allowed to be erected on campsites. Temporary structures must be approved by management.
VIII. Site Upkeep & Modifications
- Site Maintenance: Keep your campsite neat and orderly.
- Obstructions: Do not place items outside of the campsite in a manner that obstructs mowing or other maintenance activities.
- Vegetation: Do not cut, damage, or remove trees, shrubs, or other vegetation.
- Digging: Digging or altering the landscape is prohibited without prior approval from management.
IX. Wi-Fi
- Internet Service: Internet service is offered as a convenience to our guests.
- Service Interruptions: Country Living RV Park cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. No refunds will be issued for service interruptions.
- Acceptable Use: Guests are responsible for using the Wi-Fi service in a legal and responsible manner.
X. Enforcement
- Right to Evict: Management reserves the right to evict anyone who violates these rules or engages in conduct that is disruptive or detrimental to the campground.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued to guests who are evicted for violating campground rules.
- Rule Changes: Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.

Indemnification: Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Country Living RV Park, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of litigation) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Guest's use of the Campground and its facilities;
(b) any breach by Guest of these Rules and Regulations;
(c) any negligent or intentional act or omission of Guest, Guest's family members, guests, invitees, or pets while on the Campground;
(d) any damage to property or injury to persons (including death) caused by Guest, Guest's family members, guests, invitees, or pets while on the Campground.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of Guest's stay at the Campground.
Severability: If any provision of these Rules and Regulations, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Rules and Regulations, or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, which shall remain in full force and effect. It is the intent of Country Living RV Park, LLC that these Rules and Regulations be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
